Disabling this option automatically reconnects all previously connected servers. On the next run you are prompted to choose which servers to reconnect. Prompt to reconnect connected servers on startup RDCMan remembers which servers where connected when the program was exited. An interval of 0 will not save periodically but will suppress the save prompt when exiting RDCMan.
