While I agree with Steve's comment that making fine edits on an iPad would be difficult, I don't agree that iPads are not capable of running professional graphics applications given that there are several on the market for the iPad at the moment, and one look at games such as Mortal Kombat X on the iPad shows an iPad can certainly handle graphics. Still, that doesn't mean that this won't happen in the future. However, it's not a true install of InDesign or Photoshop, as they are not made for the iOS 11.
